Theos D. McKinney III is Assistant General Counsel for employment and labor law at Exelon, the nation's leading competitive energy provider. Exelon does business in 48 states, D.C., and Canada and employs approximately 34,000 people nationwide. Theos provides counsel on labor and employment law matters, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, to Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power, and Constellation. Prior to joining Exelon, Theos was with AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals where his roles included Senior Counsel, Employment and Labor Law, and Director of Diversity, Commercial. A member of Exelon Legal’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Theos was a participant in the Diversity Lab’s Spring 2018 Hackathon where his team was recognized for its Inclusion Imprint system to teach attorneys about inclusion and provide tools to practice it.
