Rev. Don Lincoln was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH, and grew up in the Presbyterian Church. He graduated from Miami University and Princeton Theological Seminary. Don was ordained in 1980, and in his 42 years of full-time ministry served churches in Charlotte, NC, Roanoke, VA, Annapolis, MD and finally as lead pastor for 22 years at Westminster Presbyterian in West Chester, PA, from which he retired in 2022. Westminster was a congregation that helped start Broad Street ministries, and Don worshipped several times at Arch Street when the Broad Street/Arch Street connections were first established. Don served on the Board of Trustees of Princeton Seminary and the Board of Pensions of the PCUSA. He has been active in Donegal Presbytery and the PCUSA General Assembly.
Don has two adult children – one in Ohio and one in Maryland. Don’s wife Linda is a native Philadelphian and retired HR Executive whose office at one time was located at 18th and Arch! Don and Linda live in Chester County with their two cats, and enjoy travel, music, food and friends.
