Lawyer H. Chapman is a ruling elder who also serves as a member of the Personnel, Stewardship, Finance, Outreach, Building, and Nominating Committees. His wife, Deacon Rosetta Chapman, has served several terms as a deacon. They have been members of ASPC for fourteen years.
