David Pettit began attending ASPC in 2015 and joined in 2017, after he and his wife, Lisa, escaped the New Jersey suburbs and moved to Philly. Prior to joining ASPC, David was an Elder, Deacon and Church School teacher at Nassau Presbyterian Church in Princeton, NJ. In his role as Elder, David led Mission & Outreach and Stewardship and Strategic Planning. David also chaired the board at The Crisis Ministry of Mercer County (now Arm & Arm), a ministry focused on serving our neighbors who are battling hunger, homelessness, and joblessness. As his career, he runs an Organizational Transformation consultancy, helping corporations change their cultures, systems, processes, and structures. David and Lisa live in Fairmount and have three grown children, one grandson and another grandchild on the way. He is thrilled to have the opportunity to serve ASPC as an Elder.
